How we finish every piece by hand

The print is only half the story. What turns a raw object into something you'll keep for years happens at the finishing bench.

Sanding

Each piece is worked by hand to soften layer lines where the design calls for it, and to preserve them where they add character.

Priming & colour

We prime for an even surface, then build colour in careful passes so the finish reads rich rather than flat. Matte, bronze and stone effects are all applied by eye.

Sealing

A protective seal guards against heat, sunlight and everyday handling — essential for dashboard pieces especially.

The final look

Because a person makes these choices on every piece, no two are perfectly identical. We think that's exactly as it should be.
