Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email atulanjan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Change of mind

Unused, ready-stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Because made-to-order and personalised/custom pieces are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind. They are, of course, fully covered if they arrive damaged or differ materially from your approved preview.

Minor variation is not a defect

Slight variation in colour, layer texture and finish is inherent to hand-finished 3D printing and gives each piece its character; this is not considered a defect.

How to start a return

Email us your order number and the reason, with photos where relevant. Please don't ship anything back before we confirm — unauthorised returns can't be processed. We'll reply with clear instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return (or immediately for damaged-on-arrival cases). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has entered production or shipped. Custom orders can be cancelled before you approve the digital preview.
