By using this website and placing an order with Divine Dimensions ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by third-party gateways; we do not store card details. You are responsible for any bank or currency-conversion fees.

3. Made-to-order & custom items

Many items are printed to order. Slight variations in colour, layer texture and finish are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects. Custom items are produced from the reference and brief you provide and approved via a digital preview.

4. Your content & intellectual property

By uploading an image you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us the limited right to use it solely to produce your order. We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted characters, currency or another creator's work without authorisation. All of our own designs, images and site content are owned by or licensed to Divine Dimensions and may not be copied or resold.

5. International sales

You are the importer of record for cross-border orders and are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by your country.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
