Processing time

Because most pieces are printed to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. Ready-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom orders follow the timeline agreed on your preview approval (typically 7–14 business days).

Dispatch & delivery estimates

Within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs. Exact charges and estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping

Free shipping may apply automatically above the threshold shown at checkout and in the site banner.

Customs & import duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, payable by the recipient. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices. You are the importer of record for cross-border orders.

Tracking

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email, and you can follow your order status any time from your account dashboard.

Incorrect address & failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery can be re-sent; re-shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, contact us at atulanjan@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
